On the agenda for the February 17 City Council meeting:
- Resolution recognizing the contributions of the Freedom Riders and the New Orleans Core Chapter members and the role they played in shaping a better America
- Motion to formally set the 2011 Mardi Gras Parade Calendar
- Presentation honoring the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club
- Recognition of the 25th Anniversary of the New Orleans Tribune as an important voice in New Orleans media
The meeting will be held at 10 am in Council Chambers at City Hall.
